Terms of Service for CampusFlow Web Application

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our web application (“the Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.

The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the Application’s availability, reliability, or suitability for your needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Application.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

CampusFlow網路應用程式服務條款
